Common questions

When do my Payment Links close and reopen?

Before candle lighting (18 minutes before sunset by default) and after havdalah (50 minutes after sunset by default) for your chosen location. Change both in the app's settings. The overview in the app shows the next closing and reopening times.

Will it turn on a link I turned off?

No. Shabbat Mode only reopens links that it closed itself.

I use my own checkout, not Payment Links.

Use the status snippet in the app's settings to hide or disable your checkout while you're closed.

What happens if I uninstall?

All scheduled actions stop. If you uninstall during Shabbat, we try to reopen links we closed; check your Payment Links afterwards.
